Services
Indigo Orca provides website design and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon before work begins. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope or expertise.
Payments and refunds
Fees are due as described on our site or in your project agreement. The $29 starting fee and $29 monthly fee are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you are unhappy with our work, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or materials needed to complete your project. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, we grant you the rights to use the website or deliverables we create for you. We retain the right to use generic components, techniques, and know-how developed during the project. You warrant that any materials you provide do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Limitation of liability
Indigo Orca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work already performed are due and payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
