We prepare and file your Articles of Organization, act as your organizer, and deliver your filed documents and an operating agreement. Wyoming is our standard recommendation for founders abroad — low state fees, no state income tax, and a registered agent is included in our price. EIN filing
Your LLC needs an Employer Identification Number before it can open a U.S. bank account or sign up for payment processing — and without an SSN, you can’t get one online. Strategy call
Thirty minutes with the founder, before you commit to anything. Which state, whether an LLC is even the right structure, what banking looks like from your country, what the first year actually costs. If the honest answer is “you don’t need us,” you’ll hear it on the call.

We file with the state
We submit your Articles of Organization and, for Wyoming, set up your registered agent. You receive the filed documents and your operating agreement once the state confirms — typically a matter of days, depending on the state.
We file for your EIN
With the full-service option, we prepare and submit the no-SSN EIN application to the IRS and send you the confirmation when it arrives. This is the step that unlocks U.S. banking and payment accounts.
You open your accounts
With your filed articles and EIN in hand, you can apply for a U.S. business bank account and payment processing from home.

Why this exists
The big formation platforms were built for volume. They are very good at selling a package; they are less good at answering the question a founder in Lisbon or Lagos or Da Nang actually has, which is usually “what would you do if this were your company?”
Indigo Orca is a small firm. The person you write to is the person who files your documents. That limits how many formations we take on — and it is the entire point.
We also try to be straight about the edges of the service. We are a formation service, not a law firm or a tax practice. We don’t give legal or tax advice, and for anything beyond forming and maintaining the company — visas, treaties, your home-country tax position — you need a professional licensed for that. We’ll say so plainly rather than guess.
What we can promise is narrower and, we think, worth more: careful filings, honest prices, and a person who answers.
Questions founders ask
Do I need a Social Security number or a U.S. address?
No. A foreign founder can own a U.S. LLC without either. The EIN takes a paper filing instead of the online form — that’s the only real difference, and it’s the filing we handle.
Why Wyoming?
For most founders abroad it’s the simplest fit: a modest state filing fee, a low annual report fee, no state income tax, and no requirement to visit or live there. Our formation price includes the registered agent Wyoming requires. If your plans point to a different state, that’s a strategy-call question.
What do state fees add to the $259?
Only what the state itself charges to file — for Wyoming, the Articles of Organization filing fee. We tell you the exact figure before you pay anything; there is no markup on it.
Can the LLC open a U.S. bank account?
In most cases, yes — with your filed articles and EIN, several U.S. banks and financial platforms accept foreign-owned LLCs, and applications are generally handled remotely. We’ll point you to the realistic options for your country on a strategy call.
